2.2oz bags. A blend of herbs, dried fruits, and natural elements. Infused with Essential/Fragrance Oils.

Instructions: Pour ingredients into a small pot. Add 2-3 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add water as needed.
